"Fashion designer Nanna van Blaaderen will be presenting her latest knitting designs in an exhibition at Droog in Amsterdam soon. Her new collection, ‘Species. A Tribute’ opens on Friday, June the 18th and will remain on show until the end of the month.

The new pieces are van Blaaderen's signature autonomous textile forms, fashion designs and fabrics for interiors; a result of her collaboration with creative developer Andreas Koch.

Using natural materials, textures and structures, Nanna designs textiles based on her affinity with, and respect for, nature, as well as employing a strong awareness for sustainability. 'Species.
